Student Life Summer Camp | Lookout Mountain, GA

Camp information: We will be attending the Student Life Rec Camp at Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia June 12-16.  The total cost for camp will be $350 per person and any money raised by your student will be applied to that balance. Payments can be made online HERE or in the church office.  All FBC Permission Forms must be up to date on file in the church office. Forms can be downloaded above.

This $350 total covers all travel, lodging, conference, T-Shirt, and food for the time spent at the camp.  Additional money will be needed for food on the way to and from camp.

If students desire to earn more money towards camp or our mission trip, they need to contact Pastor Aaron.  We will have some opportunities for additional funding in the near future but they are not church/youth wide opportunities and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have more than one student attending camp this year, the total cost for 2-5 students (must be in same family) is $500.

Student Life Camp 2018 will explore the characteristics of Yahweh, the one and only living God (Deuteronomy 6:4), as experienced by Moses in Exodus 3-4. Rather than reduce God to a single attribute like "love" or "judge," your students will encounter an Almighty creator God who is above us, with us in His Son Jesus (who declared His own divinity with the "I AM" statements recorded in John), and worthy of our trust because He will never change or fail. Unlike our current culture which suffers from intense "god" confusion, your students will have a clear picture of not only God's character, but also how He relates to His children. They will return home with a firm theological and relational foundation to form a God-centered worldview and decision-making process.
